Had 2 days in Kyoto, spending our time here lovely. The staff was very very helpful and attentive, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. It offered great service and amazing food too. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. A subway station minutes from the property was really handy.

The moment I stepped into my Kashiwamochi room, I was blown away by the beautiful decor that perfectly blended traditional and modern elements. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cute tea flight I received upon check-in to the limitless complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge. The highlight for me was the serene outdoor bath, where I could relax and enjoy a cup of green tea while gazing at the peaceful garden. The location of the hotel was also ideal, just a short walk away from shops, sights, and delicious food. I highly recommend Nazuna Kyoto Gosho for a unique and beautiful vacation experience!
If I have to be picky, I noticed that the TV size in the room was relatively small compared to the overall quality of the property. Additionally, the soundproofing between rooms could be improved, as I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring guests.
